London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal are both interested in taking Villarreal starlet Yeremy Pino to the Premier League, claims Simon Phillips (via Football London). While it is believed both Arsenal and Liverpool are considering moves for Pino, the reporter Fabrizio Romano has claimed Chelsea is about to enter the race to sign him. According to the reports, Arsenal is not the only side linked with a move for Villarreal La Liga starlet Yeremy Pino. The attacker is reportedly a target for Arsenal, with Villarreal young sensation Yeremy Pino joining Cody Gakpo and Jarrod Bowen in being linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.

Villarreal‘s Spanish winger Yeremi Pino, 19, is reportedly on his way out. However, it would seem that Mikel Arteta and technical director Edu’s top priority is to trim the first-team squad after allowing players like Alex Runarsson, Lucas Torreira, and Pablo Mari to depart over the past week. Whether the Gunners can sign another player or two even before September 1 deadline is still up in the air.

The Gunners are expected to strengthen even further despite previously signing Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner, and Marquinhos. Youri Tielemans and Yeremy Pino are just two of the many players who have been connected with a move to the Emirates Stadium. The chance of Tielemans joining Arsenal currently appears limited since, according to Football London, the north London club is willing to wait until the Belgian international has completed the final year of his contract with Leicester before signing him on a free transfer the following summer.

About Arsenal’s possibilities of acquiring Pino, earlier Spanish reports claimed that they might assist Villarreal by making a permanent offer for Giovani Lo Celso by making a £42 million proposal for the teenager. Emery has already indicated that the offer might have been approved. This year, Arsenal added some quality players to their lineup, and Pino might be one of them. In all competitions last season, he scored seven goals and made four assists, which is not bad for a teenager, especially one who is already a whole Spain international.

City finished the 2021–22 season with 93 points and the Premier League title and had another spectacular year. On the other hand, Liverpool came in the right behind them with 92. There is still a lot of work for Arsenal to do because the former have undoubtedly grown into a more potent team since then as a result of the arrival of Erling Haaland.
