Crypto.com is one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrency platforms. It was founded in 2016. Crypto.com serves over 10 million customers with the world’s fastest-growing cryptocurrency and financial services platform. Crypto.com is built on a foundation of security, privacy and compliance. Crypto betting will be one of the best betting options in the near future.

Currently, Crypto.com is acquiring many sponsorship deals in sports, and football is one of their targeted sports. Sports as an industry has realised the potential that cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies can bring to further monetise fan engagement, attract sponsors and engage a global market in ways that were unimaginable only a decade ago.

Many football fans started to look at Crypto.com seriously when Messi and they had a deal when he moved to Paris Saint Germain. Last August, when Lionel Messi moved to PSG, the club announced that some parts of the player’s payment and bonus included fan tokens. But the club didn’t disclose how much was paid as fan tokens. The digital asset exchange Crypto.com also has an agreement with the club for multi-year partnerships.

In the same month, Crypto.com and Lega Serie A, Italy’s top professional football league, have announced a multi-year partnership that will see Crypto.com become the league’s premier partner. The company said the partnership will integrate Crypto.com into all match broadcasts. Crypto.com will also act as the presenting partner of Virtual Assistant Referee (VAR) and Goal Line Technology.

In December, Crypto.com announced alignment with Angel City Football Club (ACFC) based in Los Angeles and the 11th member of the National Women’s Soccer League as a founding partner and the team’s official cryptocurrency and NFT partner. Deepening their relationship with Los Angeles and LA sports fans, the partnership is the first direct sponsorship of a professional women’s sports team by a significant cryptocurrency platform.

They also had a deal with CONMEBOL to sponsor Latin America’s leading football competition. The company will serve as an official partner of the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores Cup starting in 2023. It plans to develop competition-related NFTs.

Through an agreement with CONMEBOL, the governing body for soccer in South America, Crypto.com will serve as an official partner of CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores from 2023 to 2026 and as a licensee of the competition’s official non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as of 2022, the company said in a statement without disclosing further terms.

As part of the sponsorship, Crypto.com will be the first brand integrated into the Virtual Assistant Referee (VAR) feature, as well as receiving brand exposure in stadiums, as well as in broadcasts of the Libertadores, as well as a further package of digital assets.
